An Experience

At the beginning of 2018, following the purchase of fruit and vegetable processing equipment, the company started a new project, which it named DOLDORA and which focused on two directions: processing and dehydration.
Starting from the basic principles of the company, namely the production of Romanian taste, we look for the fresh fruits of the best quality, we choose only the fruit pulp, we eliminate the seeds and seeds, and with the help of the new technology of “boiling” the fruits, under vacuum, at a low temperature, we keep their natural taste.

Feel the taste of fruits

It is made using a new technology, the products being “cooked” at a temperature 70 degrees under vacuum, thus preserving the natural taste of the fruit. They are not used in the process technological dyes, additives, thickeners or preservatives. According to

the sugar content of the fruit, add a little sugar until a 45 degree Brix is obtained.
M&R is one of the few Romanian producers that uses up to 400 g of pulp of fruit to get 100 g of finished product.

Local Farm-to-Table

Dehydration is performed in a modern dehydrator at a temperature of 38-40 degrees to keep their taste, color and properties intact. Among our products listed: dehydrated tomatoes in oil, dehydrated tomatoes in oil with basil and garlic.
